 New Client Intake Form | Reservations:Ser vices are available by appointment on a daily basis. We encourage our guests to schedule in advance to ensure their preferred date +time. A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Arrival time:Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the star t of your appointment to complete any necessary paper work +begin to relax .Any late arrivals will be treated for the duration of the scheduled appointment time +charged the full amount of scheduled ser vice.
Credit Card Guarantee + Cancellations Policy:Our ser vice providers are professionals who commit their time to honor your guaranteed appointment +out of courtesy for other patrons trying to schedule appointments, we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice for all ser vices. Cancellations or rescheduling of fewer than 24-hours will be charged a 50%fee +gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No-shows will be charged the entire amount of the ser vice +gift certificates will be voided. There can be no exceptions. Voicemail messages are not an acceptable form of cancellation.
Payment:We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Certificates +Exploration Miles as forms of payment. Gift Certificates + discounts must be present at the time of redemption in order to be honored. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any promotional specials or discounts.
Gratuities:Gratuities are graciously appreciated by our trained +skilled technicians. Customary gratuity for spa employees is 15-20%of your ser vice total +is not included in the price of the ser vice.
Gift Certificate Redemption:All gift certificates must be redeemed one year from purchase. Gift certificates must be presented at time of ser vice to be honored +lost or misplaced gift certificates will unfortunately not be honored. In addition, gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with discounts or promotional specials.
Returns:All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt to receive an in store credit to be used on your next purchase of ser vice or product. No exceptions.
Cellular Phones +Pagers:As a courtesy to all, please turn off or silence all cellular phones +pagers.
Children:Due to safety +liability issues, children 12 years +younger are not permitted in the treatment areas. Kindly arrange for childcare prior to visiting us.
Valuables:We encourage guests to leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
